What are your opening hours?
North Lanarkshire Heritage Centre is open Monday – Saturday, 9.30am – 4.30pm.
The heritage centre will be closed between 25 December and 2 January.

How do I book tickets?

What time does an event start/when should I arrive?
Please check your ticket for the event start time. Doors open 30 minutes before the show begins.
How do I book the venue?

When/Where can I collect my tickets?
You can collect your tickets for both venues from our box office at Motherwell Concert Hall & Theatre. The box office is located on the Airbles Road side of the building. If you need to speak to someone at our box office, please give them a call on 01698 403120.

Where can I park?
There is limited parking at Airdrie Town Hall & Motherwell Concert Hall & Theatre.

How much does it cost to visit Summerlee Museum?
Entry to Summerlee Museum is free, with small charges for some activities.
Is there parking available?
We have parking available onsite and good transport links in the surrounding area.
What are the museums opening times?
Summerlee Museum is open 7 days a week:
From 1 March through to 31 October, 10am to 5pm
From 1 November to 28 February, 10am to 4pm
The museum will be closed on 25th Dec and 26th Dec as well as 1st and 2nd Jan.

How do I request my library password or reset my password?
To request a password for your library account (which is also required to access BorrowBox), please complete our online form – you’ll find it here. Our staff will process your request as soon as possible during office hours.
To reset your password please click here. Alternatively, please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your name, library card number and date of birth. Our staff will assist you as soon as possible during office hours.
How can I renew the items I have out on loan?
You can renew your items online by logging into your account here.

How long do I have to collect a reservation from my local library?
Our reservations are held for library customers for 7 days from the day it arrives at the pick-up location library.
If you’ll not make it with this time period, please contact your local library – in some circumstances it may be possible to hold the item for a few extra days.
How can I access library services over the holiday period?
Our eLibrary services are available 24/7. You can access our eBook and eAudiobook services via the BorrowBox app and our eMagazines via the RBdigital app. For more information on how to access these services, click here.
Will regular library activities be on over the Christmas period?
