Young Guitar & Ukulele South – Thursday – Bellshill CC

Age 8-18yrs – Thursdays 4.30 – 6.00pm – For ages 8 – 18 years, these weekly classes enable participants to work with professional musicians in learning to play guitar or ukulele. Whether you are a complete beginner or have been playing for a while, players of all abilities are welcome to these friendly group sessions. Sessions explore everything from finger placement, chords, tablature, strumming patterns to music theory and so much more!
We have a limited number of guitars that participants may use during the session if you don’t bring your own. Unfortunately Arts Development are unable to loan guitars out for private practice. However, you may be able to loan a guitar from the Musical Instrument Library inside Kilsyth Library.
