Loan boxes contain a mixture of objects, photographs and information on themed topics. They can be used from classroom displays and teaching. They are great for drawing, photography and discussion too. For more information or to borrow a box please call 01236 638460. Boxes cost £55 for an academic term or £25 for four weeks with fees for late return at £5 per day.
Bookings must be made in advance for the collection and return of boxes from either Summerlee Museum, Coatbridge or North Lanarkshire Heritage Centre, Motherwell.
Alternatively boxes can be used in the museums free of charge by visiting groups. Please call and reserve your box in advance of your visit.
