Tickets FAQs

I opted for ‘Collect my tickets at the box office’, how do I get my tickets?

Tickets will be available for collection 30 minutes prior to the show commencing. All you need to do is give us your name and postcode and we will pass the tickets to you.

For Airdrie Town Hall the ticket desk is on the first floor in the café.

Can I collect my tickets in advance of the show?

You can collect your tickets from the box office team at Airdrie Town Hall any time from Monday to Friday between 9am and 4.45pm. If you ask for the caretaker or phone 01698 274545 on arrival, a member of the team will meet you to give you your tickets.

I have opted for print at home tickets, do I need to print these?

If you have access to a smartphone, you can show us your tickets for scanning from your phone. Please make the ticket bar-code as large as possible on the screen to help scanning.

If you prefer to print the tickets, please have each ticket ready for scanning at the auditorium doors.

Please note that ticket scanners may not work on damaged phone screens. If this happens, we should be able to print a replacement ticket.

I have lost my tickets, can they be reprinted?

We can reprint tickets for seated, reserved performances by contacting the advance booking office. If you have bought ticket from another ticketing agent you will need to contact your ticket provider, e.g. Ticketmaster, See Tickets, or the event holder to request replacement tickets.

Please note that, for security reasons, duplicate tickets will not be reissued for unreserved performances including standing concerts. Please ensure your tickets are kept in a safe location until the performance.

I want to bring my baby to the performance, is that allowed?

Whilst we would urge you to consider the type of performance and its suitability for babies, all persons, regardless of age, require a ticket to enter the auditorium. This includes babes in arms.

North Lanarkshire Council offer a free ticket for babies up until their first birthday (i.e. 0 to 364 days) for shows promoted by North Lanarkshire Council. The seat for this ticket may be located separately from other ticket holders in the group. Babies must be held by an adult.

Please contact the box office to check availability of babes in arms tickets.
