Panto FAQs

How long are performances?

Performances are approximately 2 hours 40 minutes including an interval.

I opted for ‘Collect my tickets at the box office’, how do I get my tickets?

Tickets will be available for collection 30 minutes before the performance starts. All you need to do is give us your name and postcode and we will pass the tickets to you.

When you arrive at the venue, follow the signage for the panto which will lead you to our box office.

I have opted for print at home tickets, do I need to print these?

If you have access to a smartphone, you can show us your tickets for scanning from your phone. Please make the ticket bar-code as large as possible on the screen to help scanning.

If you prefer to print the tickets, please have each ticket ready for scanning.

Please note that ticket scanners may not work on damaged phone screens. If this happens, we should be able to print a replacement ticket.

I want to bring my baby to the performance, is that allowed?

All persons, regardless of age, require a ticket to enter the performance space. This includes babes in arms. North Lanarkshire Council offer a free ticket for babies up until their first birthday (i.e. 0 to 364 days) for the panto. The seat for this ticket may be located separately from other ticket holders in the group. Babies must be held by an adult and under no circumstances must a child be placed on a seat.

Please contact the box office team to check availability of babes in arms tickets.

Are wheelchair spaces available?

Wheelchair spaces are available on the front row. For more information, please contact the box office.

Do you have a hearing loop system?

Yes, we have installed a hearing loop system focused around the tiered seating.

How can I arrange a birthday shout-out?

Please speak to a member of our box office team when you arrive at the venue.
