1) Your ticket admits one standard car or SUV for max of 4 people including the driver.
2) We recommend you arrive at least 30 mins before screening following the yellow diversion signs (not the usual entrance into Broadwood)
3) Latecomers may not be admitted onto the site for safety reasons.
4) Cars will be processed within a queuing system before entering the event site where instructions must be followed by the stewards.
5) Larger vehicles may be moved to a designated area for larger vehicles.
6) Full map and directions will be emailed to you, so please ensure a valid email address is entered.
7) You must have a car to enjoy this event, no pedestrians permitted.
8) The sound for the movie will be broadcast on an FM frequency that your car radio can tune into. Please ensure you have access to this or a handheld device before buying a ticket. It is not a DAB frequency.
9) Food and drinks will be available on site
10) Toilets will be provided from the Stadium building
11) Weather is important. Rain should not impact the event, however high winds may prohibit screen use. The event would be cancelled if this is the case and refund would be produced.
12) For the enjoyment of all attendees vehicles must remain in place once parked following any stewards instruction. Vehicles can only leave supervised in an emergency only. You must remain in your car unless using food stalls or toilets.
13) There may be an intermission in the film to allow drivers to start their diesel or petrol engine for a short period to ensure battery is adequate. Please follow these instructions
14) Cars are parked at owners risk, NLC do not accept responsibility for any loss or damage to your property or any vehicle collisions on site.
15) Please check the weather report and dress accordingly; blankets and hot water bottles are recommended in case of low temperatures.
