This event is a thank you to all our class participants and families for sticking with us as we recover after the pandemic. Your attendance at our weekly classes and projects means the world to us!
What is a Creative Get Together?
We will be taking over Motherwell Concert Hall and Theatre and offering a wide range of FREE creative workshops. This gives our participants an opportunity to try out some new activities and meet other participants.
All activities are family friendly, and we encourage parents, guardians and siblings to take part in activities!
We advise pre booking your workshops to avoid disappointment. To book, you can call our box office team on 01698 274545 or book online by clicking the relevant links below.
Workshops on offer include:
- Creative Writing – 10.15am, 11.30am, 1.45pm and 3pm (1 hour workshop)
- Drama – 10.15am, 11.30am, 1.45pm and 2pm (1 hour workshop)
- Singing Taster – 10.15am, 11.30am, 1.45pm and 3pm (1 hour workshop)
- Learn to play the Ukulele – 10.15am, 11.30am, 1.45pm and 3pm (1 hour workshop)
- Paint Along (morning only) – 10.15am and 11.30am (1 hour workshop)
- Craft (afternoon only) – 1.45pm and 3pm (1 hour workshop)
- Dress Up photography (morning only) – every 15 mins from 10.15am – 12.15pm (excluding 11.15am) (15 min workshop)
- Photo ID kit (afternoon only) – 1.40pm, 2pm, 2.20pm, 2,40pm and 3pm (20 min workshop)
We encourage attendees to select workshops from the either the morning or afternoon. If attending for the whole day, please note you will be asked to leave the building over lunch time (12.30-1.30pm) to enable staff to have an adequate break.
No prior experience is required, and all equipment, instruments, and materials will be supplied on the day.
There will be a tea bar opened on the day for you to purchase refreshments.
