The programme has been altered in some areas to ensure we can work within Covid guidance which may mean a reduced class capacity. We will continue to monitor the situation at all times and react in accordance with National Government Guidelines.
If your regular class has not been mentioned above, please come to one of the other classes in the meantime. We will try to get more classes running as we move through the year.
To ensure the smooth running of the NLC Performing Arts class programme, booking and payment will move to a pay-in-advance system from August 2021 onwards. We can assure you the same high quality, creative and welcoming activity will be on offer and we can’t wait to see you back at class.

Staying up-to-date
We are exploring a variety of environmentally friendly and Covid safe procedures when it comes to staying in touch with our participants. We are therefore transitioning to a paperless system. If you haven’t already, we ask that you consider adding one or both details to your registration form to enable us to keep you informed about class updates. In advance of booking one of our classes, you can join our mailing list or our text messaging service by calling 01236 632828.
Please note these services will only ever correspond with you regarding our Arts &You class programme. We will never pass your details on.
Online Content
The Arts Development Team have created a series of videos you can explore in the comfort of your own home. These videos will enable you to stay creative when you are not at class. You can draw, dance, learn an instrument and so much more. There definitely is something for everyone. Alongside the videos you will find useful resources on our website to support your learning.
As we explore a new normal, we will be utilising our digital channels as a way of keeping in touch with our valued customers.
You can find our videos on our YouTube channel. Be sure to like and subscribe to our channels so you don’t miss out on future content.
Looking to the future
We can’t deny we are excited to get back to in-person delivery. Our tutors are Covid trained, and our venues have all the appropriate alterations to ensure our participants can attend with ease.
However, we can’t forget the last 18 months, and if required we are equipped to move online or explore a blended learning model. Our aim is to offer creative arts activity within the current Government Guidelines and being able to pivot online will ensure our service continues to run.
You can keep an eye on what we are up to on social media.
