Ticket Terms and Conditions
Once purchased, tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded.
In the event of a performance being cancelled, the face value of tickets and any booking fee will be refunded.
Tickets may be accepted for resale by the Advance Booking Office but can only be resold after all other tickets have been sold for that performance. North Lanarkshire Council does not guarantee that unwanted tickets will be resold.
North Lanarkshire Council reserves the right to alter the venue, date or time of the event without notice.
At the performance, latecomers will not be admitted until a suitable break in the performance, which may be the interval.
At the performance, the use of photographic or recording equipment is strictly prohibited.
All persons, regardless of age, require a ticket to enter the auditorium. This includes babes in arms. North Lanarkshire Council offer a free ticket for babies up until their first birthday (i.e. 0 to 364 days) for shows promoted by North Lanarkshire Council. The seat for this ticket may be located separately from other ticket holders in the group. Babies must be held by an adult and no circumstances must a child be placed on an auditorium seat. Please note that prams, pushchairs and baby carrier car seats are not allowed in the auditorium.

Smoking, including electronic cigarettes, is not permitted in any North Lanarkshire Council facility
Large bags are not permitted in the auditorium. The front of house may, at our discretion, store such bags until the end of the performance.
In accordance with the Licencing (Scotland) Act 2005, customers are not allowed to bring, sell or consume alcohol on the premises other than sold by North Lanarkshire Council.
Mobile telephones and pagers should be switched off before entering the auditorium.
Prior to entering the auditorium, ticket holders may be required to show proof of eligibility for concession rates.
At all performances, inappropriate behaviour in relation to the type of event which causes disruption or spoils the enjoyment for other patrons, will result in the offending party being asked to leave the venue.
Management have the right to refuse admission at any time without refunds applying in accordance with the North Lanarkshire Council Management rules.
North Lanarkshire Council Management Rules apply at all North Lanarkshire Council facilities.
Ticket Discounts and Concession
We offer discounts on some of our productions. We try to keep our ticket prices as low as possible. In addition, we may offer discounts and concession prices for some of our shows.
We will always clearly show all discounts and concession prices available with the show information.
Please note that discounts and concession prices are not always available for all shows taking place in North Lanarkshire Council Ltd venues.
Ticket discounts may be available from the Advance Booking Office that are not available online.
Concession prices apply to under 25s, Young Scot card holders, benefit claimants, full-time students, widows/widowers, pensioners, Skill Seekers, Prince’s Trust Carers Card holders, Income Support claimants, Working Tax Credit claimants (but not Family Credit claimants) and Passport to Leisure card holders.
