North Lanarkshire Council and the Friends of Colzium provide a range of events and activities throughout the year at Colzium House and Gardens. There is so much to explore at the Colzium Lennox Estate. Enjoy parkland with a wealth of flora and fauna, pathways, a challenging children’s adventure playground, not to mention a beautiful walled garden and water features. Admission to the house and museum is free and is open to visitors for tours.
Doors Open Day 2025 at Colzium House, Kilsyth
Saturday 13th September
11am-3pm
- The house and museum will be open for self guided tours, as well as a selection of family activities in the main hall (free of charge)
- Traditional toys & games, brass rubbings and replica medieval armour to try on and handle.

The Royal Oak Society will be attendance in Jacobite dress and will explain the link that Colzium had with the Jacobite movement as well as a display of replica weapons and other information.

Outside the house we will have some vintage cars.
