Rochsoles Community Centre, Airdrie

Rochsoles Community Centre was known as Thrashbush Football Pavilion.  After being extended and re-furbished, it was renamed and was officially opened in January 2005.

Over £200,000 was invested in the refurbishment to provide the community with attractive and flexible accommodation for social functions, community activities and events. The extension of the centre has created a main function hall with the ability to cater for 70 persons at a dinner dance and 90 persons at a disco.

The centre also has a refurbished kitchen facility and a Councillor’s surgery room.

It is recommended that the kitchen facilities be used only for re-heating ready prepared food or for the purposes of a hot buffet. There is a fridge available if required.

Transport

Unfortunately Rochsoles Community Centre is not accessible by public transport. There are limited parking spaces available.
