Colour-ins

Kids everywhere love to get their crayons and pencils out for a good colour-in. We’ve found some great colour-ins which link in perfectly with some of our favourite books, authors and illustrators.

Quentin Blake

Quentin Blake is the illustrator on some of our most-loved children’s books from Roald Dahl and David Williams. The official Quentin Blake website has loads of great colour-in activities featuring drawings in Quentin’s distinctive style. Best of all, they are free!

Tom Gates

Author Liz Pichon has created one of the most well-known characters recently with the hilarious Tom Gates series. Fans can get their hands on colour-ins based on the stories on her website. That’s not all though, there’s also activities and quizzes too. Loads of content to keep even the biggest Tom Gates fans happy for a while. What kid doesn’t love a good story? Online there are loads of great storytimes and storytellers with video content. Find which one suits your little one and have a look.

Goodnight with Dolly

Who wouldn’t love a storytime from the fabulous Dolly Parton. Through her own initiative, Dolly’s Imagination Library, the lady herself has recorded and posted various bedtime stories on YouTube. You can catch a story with Dolly on the Imagination Library YouTube channel.
