The Moira Anderson Foundation, who support people who have been affected by childhood sexual abuse, will be Motherwell Library and Airdrie Library providing information on their services as well as offering complementary therapy taster sessions such as face and hand massages. Appointments available to pre-book.

If you are feeling stressed or low or just fancy a wee break and a chance to relax, come along to Coatbridge Library and have a hand or head massage and a mini manicure courtesy of Coatbridge College therapists. Stop Smoking

Come along and chat to someone who will be raising awareness about; tobacco and the dangers of second hand smoke within the home and around children; how you can be a good anti-tobacco role model; promoting the stop smoking service and providing Carbon Dioxide readings to guage how well your lungs are functioning.
