Join us for a guided walk around Kilsyth taking in the Burngreen, Historic Town Centre, Pikey Pond, River Kelvin, the Mausoleum, then finishing back at the library. The distance is 5K and will be on surfaced paths throughout.

Silvia Catani is a qualified Pilates instructor and her passion for Pilates is evident in her teaching. Silvia encourages her clients to develop a healthy self-image, through the development of better posture, proper co-ordination, breathing and improved flexibility. As a direct result, clients often experience improvements in confidence, self-esteem and self-awareness resulting in a new zest for life. In her Pilates taster sessions, Silvia will be running through some Pilates ABCs (Alignment, Breathing and Centring) and spending a bit of time to explore our body. Please wear comfortable clothing.


Gentle Movement Taster

Gentle Movement is based on Chi Gung, an ancient Chinese practice aligning breathing, physical activity, mental and spiritual awareness. Come and try Gentle Movement in a safe space with supportive people. No need to wear any specialist clothing – come as you are!
