Shotts is easily accessed from the M8. Follow local signage to the village. The library/heritage centre is in the centre of the town, just by the leisure centre. Free parking on site. There are frequent trains to Shotts from Motherwell.

About Us
The displays focus on the area’s strong 17th century covenanting heritage and the rise and fall of local heavy industries in the 19th and 20th centuries.
Other Facilities
Local studies, research area and lending library in the same building. Local shops in the main street, 5 mins walk. Café in leisure centre, to other side of car park.
