North Lanarkshire Heritage Centre
What are your opening hours?
North Lanarkshire Heritage Centre is open Monday – Friday, 10am – 12.30pm and 1.30pm – 4pm.
The heritage centre will close on Wednesday 23 December for the festive period. Due to North Lanarkshire being place in tier 4 of the Scottish Government’s Covid-19 protection levels from 26 December, the centre will remain closed until at least 18 January.
What classes/courses are available?
Due to the ongoing pandemic, our community arts classes remain unavailable at present. We hope to reintroduce this service in 2021 inline with government guidelines.
Airdrie Town Hall & Motherwell Concert Hall & Theatre
How do I book tickets?

Can I speak to someone in the box office?
The Advance Booking office for Motherwell Concert Hall and Theatre, Airdrie Town Hall and Bellshill Cultural Centre is closed over the festive period, however staff will be responding remotely during office hours.
Please note, the box office will be closed from 4pm on Christmas Eve until 9am on Tuesday 5 January.
Support for Lost In Pantoland is available via email at firstname.lastname@example.org from 9am – 5pm each day except Christmas and New Year’s Day.
I haven’t received my eticket for Lost in Pantoland.
When you purchase Lost in Pantoland, you should receive an email from Paypal. You will not receive an email with an eticket. Instead, your eticket will be added to your Lost in Pantoland account (the one you created on the Lost in Pantoland website to purchase your ticket).
I purchased Lost in Pantoland but don’t know how to access the show.
Once you’re ready to watch Lost in Pantoland, simply log on to your account at on the Lost in Pantoland website and go to Subscriptions (accessible through My Account). This will display your active subscription, ready to watch.
Remember, don’t click ‘Watch Now’ until you’re ready to watch the panto. Your 48 hours access will begin as soon as you click this.

What events are on?

Summerlee Museum of Scottish Industrial Life
What are your opening hours?
Summerlee Museum is open Wednesday – Sunday, 10am – 12 noon and 1pm – 3pm. Tickets for Summerlee must be booked in advance.
Summerlee will close on Thursday 24 December for the festive period. Due to North Lanarkshire being place in tier 4 of the Scottish Government’s Covid-19 protection levels from 26 December, the site will remain closed until at least 16 January.
How much does it cost to visit Summerlee Museum?
Entry to Summerlee Museum is free, however you must book your tickets in advance. The site will remain closed following the festive period until at least 16 January while North Lanarkshire is placed on tier 4 of the Scottish Government’s Covid-19 protection levels. Advance booking of tickets will be made available following confirmation that we are able to open again as planned in January.
What are the library opening hours over the Christmas and New Year period?
Over the festive period, all libraries will be closed from Thursday 24 December. Due to North Lanarkshire being place in tier 4 of the Scottish Government’s Covid-19 protection levels, libraries will remain closed until at least 18 January.
How do I request my library password or reset my password?
To request a password for your library account (which is also required to access BorrowBox), please complete our online form. Our staff will process your request as soon as possible during office hours.
If you need to reset your password, you can do it online. Alternatively, please email email@example.com with your name, library card number and date of birth. Our staff will assist you during office hours.
Please note – password help will be unavailable from Thursday 24 December until Tuesday 5 January.
How can I renew the items I have out on loan?
All of our books have been automatically renewed. So rest assured your current loans will not go overdue. You can check your items on loan online by logging into your account.
How can I access library services over the holiday period?
Our eLibrary services are available 24/7. You can access our eBook and eAudiobook services via the BorrowBox app and our eMagazines via the RBdigital app. Visit our eBorrowing webpage for more information on how to access these services.
