Renewing Your Booking

Next steps:  What you need to do to renew your facilities booking:

If you had a regular booking last term and wish to continue –

  1. Ensure that all outstanding invoices have been paid in full;
  2. Contact our community facilities team by emailing communitycentres@northlan.gov.ukfor a booking form and Covid Co-ordinator form

This information must be submitted no later than one week prior to your booking to avoid cancellation.

  • If you wish to cancel a regular booking– please let us know as soon as possible to allow the slot to be reallocated. Please email: communitycentres@northlan.gov.uk
  • If you wish to postpone the start date of your booking– please let us know when you think you would be returning. Please email: communitycentres@northlan.gov.uk 
  • New Bookings or changing an existing regular booking? Applying for a new booking will not be possible at the moment. Please contact us if you have any changes to make to your booking.  We need to ensure that all regular customers have been accommodated and that the guidelines and principles of usage are being adhered to.

New Monday to Friday let requests will be considered at the beginning of September.  In the interim, you can submit your new let request or amendment to communitycentres@northlan.gov.uk
