Back by popular demand! This class allows you to work with a ceramic artist over two classes to build; glaze and Raku fire your ceramic masterpiece.

 

CALLIGRAPHY SHORT COURSE

Rediscover the art of beautiful penmanship with this fantastic introduction to the Foundational alphabet of calligraphy.

Additional topics will include letter/word spacing and decorative calligraphic borders. By the end of this six-week course students will have learned the basic techniques of an absorbing and relaxing art form.
Advance booking and payment is essential as places are limited.

A further six-week course (part 2) based on the Italic calligraphy alphabet will take place in 2018.

HANDBUILT CERAMICS WORKSHOP

Learn a range of hand-building techniques to create your own ceramic vessel by working alongside an expert artist on this three-week course. You will be shown a range of decorating skills, using slips and oxides, to create a unique piece of craftwork.

 

OIL PAINTING MASTERCLASS – EXPLORING TONAL PERSPECTIVE IN LANDSCAPE
