Calling all budding actors aged 13 and over! Join our youth theatre now!

Participants have the opportunity to develop skills in performing arts, to explore themes and issues and to create and perform their own work with likeminded young people.

NL YOUTH THEATRE MASTERCLASSES

13-18 yrs
Saturday 27 January, Airdrie Town Hall, 10am – 4pm, £12
Saturday 28 April, New Stevenston Community Centre,
10am – 4pm, £12

Join Theatre Maker Deborah McArthur, Choreographer Lisa Kennedy and Composer Gary Cameron for a fun filled day of workshops.

Participants will take part in drama, movement and sound design sessions enabling them to learn new skills and techniques during a friendly, relaxed workshop day.

*Please note the masterclass on the 27th January will focus on SHIFT our participatory project in partnership with the National Theatre of Scotland.

 

SHEEPIE’S PANTO MASTERCLASS – TAKE 2!

Come and work with Motherwell’s finest Panto Star Ian “Sheepie” Smith!
Back due to popular demand and exclusive to Motherwell Theatre, this class brings two hours of fun, games and learning Panto skills. Have a go at traditional panto.techniques, slapstick routines and gain an insight of how a show is put together.

 

FAMILY PANTO WORKSHOP
